Parque Gulliver

A playground unlike any other in the world, Parque Gulliver allows children to play the part of real life Lilliputians, as they clamber and crawl over a life-like playground that resembles the man from Gulliver’s Travels. His form lying on its back in the huge circular park, the replica of Gulliver stretches to more than 70 meters (229.6 feet).
Fingers curl as if trying to break free of restraint. Though, unlike the titular character from the novel, this huge likeness is not held to the ground with ropes or cords. The contours of the human mound provide slides, curves, ropes, ladders, and mesh for children and adults alike to conquer the Goliath. The strands of hair are black slides, and the folds of his coat provide curving slides and hidden corners. Gulliver’s top hat and sword lie on the ground next to him, as if dropped there.
